Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on DiploMate (diplomate.online), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DiploMate.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 17 years old to use DiploMate
• You must be a student, aspirant or professional legitimately interested in engineering exam preparation
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• One person can have only one DiploMate account

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others — each student must create their own free account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Free access: Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 are permanently free for all registered users
• Single Exam Plan (₹499): 6-month access to all 20 chapters for one selected exam and branch
• All Exams Bundle (₹999): 6-month access to all 20 chapters for all exams (SSC JE, RRB JE, PGCIL) for one branch
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay
• Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts
• Subscription validity begins from the date of successful payment

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share, sell or transfer your DiploMate account to any other person
• Copy, reproduce, distribute or resell any DiploMate content (notes, questions, formulas)
• Use automated bots, scrapers or tools to extract content from DiploMate
• Attempt to hack, disable or disrupt the DiploMate platform
• Upload or transmit any harmful, illegal or offensive content
• Impersonate DiploMate, our team members or other users
• Use DiploMate for any commercial purpose without our written permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content on DiploMate — including chapter notes, practice questions, mock tests, formula sheets, graphics, logos and software — is the intellectual property of DiploMate and is protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may use this content solely for your personal exam preparation. Any other use requires written permission from us.

7. AI Doubt Solver

The AI Doubt Solver is powered by Google Gemini AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated answers may occasionally contain errors. Always verify important formulas and concepts with standard textbooks. DiploMate is not responsible for incorrect AI responses used in actual exam strategy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DiploMate provides exam preparation content on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee:

• That using DiploMate will result in passing any examination
• That our question bank exactly matches upcoming exam papers
• 100% accuracy of all educational content (though we work hard to ensure it)
• Uninterrupted availability of the platform at all times

9. Limitation of Liability

DiploMate's total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription. DiploMate is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to missed exam opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, attempt to misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity (such as initiating chargebacks after using the service). Upon termination, your access to paid content will cease. Refunds for terminations due to policy violations are at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably by contacting us at support@diplomate.online before taking legal action.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on DiploMate. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
