Short version: If DiploMate doesn't work for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
We want every student to have a positive experience with DiploMate. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase.

If you are unable to access paid content due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us at support@diplomate.online before requesting a refund. We will resolve the technical issue promptly or issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
DiploMate subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will need to manually purchase a new subscription when yours expires. There are no automatic charges. We send a reminder email 7 days before your subscription expires.
Discount coupons earned through our referral program have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money. If a purchase made using a coupon is refunded, the refund will be for the amount actually paid (after the coupon discount).
